Madde 1 - Taraflar : İşbu sözleşme, www.klaspin.com ("Klaspin" olarak anılacaktır) ile site üzerinden ürün/hizmet satın alan kullanıcı ("Müşteri" olarak anılacaktır) arasında akdedilmiştir.

Madde 2 - Konu : Bu sözleşmenin konusu, Klaspin tarafından sunulan e-pin, dijital platform kodları ve hesap satış hizmetlerinin; satış, teslimat, iade ve kullanım şartlarının belirlenmesidir.
Madde 3 – Hizmetler : Klaspin tarafından sunulan hizmetler şunlardır:
- E-Pin satışı
- Top-up yükleme hizmeti
- Sosyal medya hizmetleri
- Oyun hesap satışları
Madde 4 - Teslimat : Dijital ürünler, ürün açıklamalarında belirtilen süre zarfında teslim edilir. Ancak tedarik, stok veya yoğunluk durumuna bağlı olarak teslimat en geç 7 gün içinde gerçekleştirilir.
Madde 4.1 – Teslimat Yöntemleri: Teslimat, site paneli ve e-posta üzerinden dijital olarak gerçekleştirilir.
Madde 5 - Garanti ve İade Koşulları
Madde 5.1 - E-Pin ve Dijital Kod Satışları: Bu ürünler tek kullanımlıktır. Teslimat sonrası iade ve iptali mümkün değildir. Teslim edilen ürün geçerli ve kullanılabilir olarak kabul edilir.iade ve iptal kabul edilmez. Müşteri, ürünü teslim aldığı anda kullanıma açık ve geçerli olduğunu kabul eder.
Madde 5.2 Hesap Satışları: Hesaplar teslim edildikten sonra tamamen müşterinin kontrolüne geçtiğinden; hesabın geri çekilmesi, erişim kaybı, yasaklanması, şifre/email değişimi gibi durumlardan Klaspin sorumlu tutulamaz. Garanti yalnızca teslimat anında geçerlidir. Sonrasında oluşabilecek durumlardan müşteri sorumludur.
Madde 5.3 - Hesap Değişim Koşulları: Müşteri, aşağıdaki somut kanıtları sunduğu takdirde değişim talep edebilir:
- Hesap üzerinde aktif veya çözülmüş destek ticket’ı bulunması
- Resmi Riot Games destek e-posta kayıtları
- Hesap 48 Saat ve Üzeri Yasaklamaya Sahip İse
Madde 5.4 - Hesap Kostümleri ile İlgili Özel Koşullar: Hesap teslimatında, kostümlerin renk paketleri ve yükseltmeleri “kostüm” olarak değerlendirilir.
Madde 5.5 - Yetkisiz Erişim ve Sonradan Değişikliklerden Satıcı Sorumlu Değildir: Teslim edilen ürün/hizmet üzerinde müşteri tarafından yapılan her türlü değişiklik (şifre, e-posta vs.) sonrası oluşabilecek sorunlardan satıcı sorumlu tutulamaz.
Madde 6 - Çekilişler ve Kampanyalar : Satıcı, internet sitesi veya diğer dijital platformlar üzerinden düzenlenen çekiliş, kampanya veya promosyonları önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın dilediği zaman iptal etme, durdurma veya değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Ayrıca, çekiliş sonucunda kazanılan ödülleri, gerekli gördüğü durumlarda tek taraflı olarak iptal etme veya feshetme hakkına da sahiptir. Bu durumlarda alıcı, herhangi bir hak, alacak veya tazminat talebinde bulunamaz. Çekilişlere katılan müşteriler bu maddeyi ve sözleşmeyi okumuş ve kabul etmiş olduğunu beyan ve taahhüt eder.
Madde 7 - Ödeme : Müşteri, aşağıdaki yöntemlerle ödeme yapabilir:
- Havale / EFT
- Banka Kartı
- Kredi Kartı
Ödeme onaylandıktan sonra ürün teslimatı gerçekleştirilir.
Madde 8 – Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri : Müşteri, site üzerindeki işlemlerinde doğru bilgi vermekle yükümlüdür. Satın alınan ürünler amacı dışında kullanılamaz, devredilemez. Klaspin, kötüye kullanım durumunda hizmeti sonlandırma hakkına sahiptir.
Madde 9 - Satın alınan dijital hesaplar : Üçüncü taraf platformlar veya kişiler tarafından oluşturulmuş ve yönetilmektedir. Klaspin, hesapların oluşturulma veya edinilme yöntemlerinden ve içeriğinden dolayı doğabilecek herhangi bir yasal veya teknik sorumluluk kabul etmez.
Madde 10 – Sorumluluk Reddi : Dijital ortamda teslim edilen ürünlerin hiçbirinde Klaspin sonradan sorumlu tutulamaz. Garanti sunulan ürünler ekran kaydı ile teslim edilir. Müşteri, bu kaydı sipariş sonrası 5 gün içinde talep edebilir. Klaspin kayıtları sunamazsa, müşteri iade veya değişim hakkına sahiptir. 5 gün sonunda kayıtlar silinir.
Madde 11 - Kimlik Doğrulama ve Güvenlik : Klaspin, dolandırıcılık (fraud) riskinin bulunduğu işlemlerde siparişin güvenliğini sağlamak amacıyla, alıcıdan kimlik doğrulaması talep edebilir. Bu kapsamda satıcı; alıcının kimlik belgesi (yalnızca ön yüz), ödeme yapılan kart üzerindeki isimle alıcı isminin eşleşmesi, veya alıcıya ait bir kimlik ve sipariş bilgilerini içeren selfie talep etme hakkına sahiptir.
Talep edilen belgeler, yalnızca sipariş doğrulama amacıyla kullanılacak, üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmayacak ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) hükümlerine uygun olarak işlenecek ve saklanacaktır.
Alıcı, bu doğrulama sürecine katılmaması veya istenen belgeleri iletmemesi halinde, satıcının siparişi askıya alma veya iptal etme hakkını kabul eder.
Madde 12 – Gizlilik : Müşteri bilgileri, hizmet sunumu haricinde üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz. Tüm bilgiler KVKK kapsamında korunur.lgili mevzuat çerçevesinde korunur.
Madde 13 - Tek Seferlik Kullanım ve Sorumluluk Devri : Müşteri, teslim edilen dijital ürünlerin (kod, hesap, e-pin) tek kullanımlık olduğunu ve üçüncü kişilerle paylaşımı durumunda doğabilecek risklerin sorumluluğunu üstlenir.
Madde 14 – Uyuşmazlık Durumu : İlk çözüm yöntemi, site üzerindeki WhatsApp destek hattıdır. Sonuç alınamazsa tüketici, Tüketici Hakem Heyeti'ne başvurabilir.
Madde 15 – Yasal Süreç : Müşteri site ile arasında olası bir anlaşmazlık durumunda yasal yollara başvurabilir, ancak farklı platformlar üzerinden doğru veya yalan itham beyanlarla markayı hiçbir şekilde karalayamaz adını geçiremez özel bilgiler hakkında bilgi veremez. Alıcı, bu durumdan kaynaklı olarak firmaya herhangi bir maddi veya manevi zararın doğması halinde, söz konusu zararı tazmin etmeyi kabul, beyan ve taahhüt eder.
Madde 15.1 - Yasalar ve Yetkili Mahkeme : Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasaları geçerlidir, uyuşmazlık durumunda İstanbul Anadolu Tüketici Hakem Heyeti veya Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
Madde 16 – Yürürlük : Müşteri, www.klaspin.com üzerinden gerçekleştirdiği her alışverişte bu sözleşme hükümlerini okuduğunu, anladığını ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder.
Article 1 - Parties: This agreement is entered into between www.klaspin.com (hereinafter referred to as “Klaspin”) and the user purchasing products/services through the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

Article 2 - Subject Matter: The subject matter of this agreement is the determination of the terms and conditions regarding the sale, delivery, return, and use of e-pins, digital platform codes, and account sales services provided by Klaspin.
Article 3 – Services: The services provided by Klaspin are as follows:
- E-Pin sales
- Top-up loading service
- Social media services
- Game account sales
Article 4 - Delivery: Digital products are delivered within the timeframe specified in the product descriptions. However, depending on supply, stock, or high demand, delivery will be completed within a maximum of 7 days.
Article 4.1 – Delivery Methods: Delivery is conducted digitally via the website dashboard and email.
Article 5 – Warranty and Return Conditions
Section 5.1 - E-Pin and Digital Code Sales: These products are single-use. Returns and cancellations are not permitted after delivery. The delivered product is deemed valid and usable. Returns and cancellations are not accepted. The customer acknowledges that the product is valid and ready for use upon receipt.
Section 5.2 Account Sales: Since accounts are fully transferred to the customer’s control upon delivery, Klaspin cannot be held liable for situations such as account revocation, loss of access, suspension, or changes to the password/email. The warranty is valid only at the time of delivery. The customer is responsible for any issues that may arise thereafter.
Section 5.3 - Account Exchange Conditions: The customer may request an exchange if they provide the following concrete evidence:
- The presence of an active or resolved support ticket on the account
- Official Riot Games support email records
- If the account has a ban of 48 hours or more
Section 5.4 - Special Conditions Regarding Account Skins: Upon account delivery, skin color variants and upgrades are considered “skins.”
Section 5.5 - Seller Is Not Liable for Unauthorized Access or Subsequent Changes: The seller cannot be held liable for any issues arising from changes made by the customer to the delivered product/service (such as password, email, etc.).
Article 6 - Sweepstakes and Promotions: The Seller reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any sweepstakes, campaigns, or promotions organized via the website or other digital platforms at any time without prior notice. Additionally, the Seller has the right to unilaterally cancel or revoke prizes won as a result of a sweepstake if deemed necessary. In such cases, the buyer may not make any claims for rights, claims, or compensation. Customers participating in sweepstakes hereby declare and undertake that they have read and accepted this article and the agreement.
Article 7 - Payment: The customer may make payments using the following methods:
- Bank Transfer / EFT
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
Product delivery is carried out after payment is confirmed.
Article 8 – User Obligations: The customer is obligated to provide accurate information during transactions on the site. Purchased products may not be used for purposes other than their intended use and may not be transferred. Klaspin reserves the right to terminate the service in cases of misuse.
Article 9 – Purchased Digital Accounts: These accounts are created and managed by third-party platforms or individuals. Klaspin assumes no legal or technical liability arising from the methods of creation or acquisition of such accounts or their content.
Article 10 – Disclaimer of Liability: Klaspin cannot be held liable for any products delivered via digital means. Products covered by a warranty are delivered with a screen recording. The customer may request this recording within 5 days of placing the order. If Klaspin is unable to provide the recording, the customer has the right to a refund or exchange. The recordings are deleted after 5 days.
Article 11 – Identity Verification and Security: Klaspin may request identity verification from the buyer to ensure the security of the order in transactions where there is a risk of fraud. In this context, the seller has the right to request the buyer’s identification document (front side only), verification that the name on the payment card matches the buyer’s name, or a selfie containing the buyer’s identification and order information.
The requested documents will be used solely for the purpose of order verification, will not be shared with third parties, and will be processed and stored in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
The buyer acknowledges that if they do not participate in this verification process or fail to submit the requested documents, the seller has the right to suspend or cancel the order.
Article 12 – Privacy: Customer information is not shared with third parties except for the purpose of providing services. All information is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and relevant legislation.
Article 13 – Single-Use and Assumption of Liability: The customer acknowledges that the delivered digital products (code, account, e-pin) are for single use only and assumes full liability for any risks arising from sharing them with third parties.
Article 14 – Dispute Resolution: The primary method of resolution is the WhatsApp support line on the website. If no resolution is reached, the consumer may file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
Article 15 – Legal Proceedings: In the event of a potential dispute with the site, the customer may pursue legal remedies; however, they may not defame the brand, mention its name, or disclose any confidential information through other platforms using false or misleading allegations. The buyer hereby agrees, declares, and undertakes to compensate the company for any material or moral damages arising from such actions.
Article 15.1 - Applicable Laws and Competent Court: The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply; in the event of a dispute, the Istanbul Anatolia Consumer Arbitration Board or the Courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
Article 16 – Effectiveness: The Customer hereby declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this agreement for every purchase made through www.klaspin.com.
