Önemli Bilgilendirme: Klaspin üzerinden yürütülen canlı destek sohbetleri kayıt altındadır. Hakaret, tehdit, dolandırıcılık girişimi, yasa dışı faaliyet talebi vb. her türlü uygunsuz davranış tespit edilmesi halinde, ilgili görüşmeler yasal mercilere iletilerek hukuki süreç başlatılabilir.
4. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarımı
Kişisel verileriniz, KVKK'nın 8. ve 9. maddelerine uygun olarak;
- Ödeme işlemlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi amacıyla Shopier Papara ve Pay2Out gibi ödeme altyapı sağlayıcılarıyla,
- Hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ve resmi makamların taleplerinin karşılanması amacıyla yasal mercilerle,
- Klaspin.com’un mülkiyet haklarını korumak ve savunmak amacıyla ilgili kişilerle,
- Web sitesi performans takibi ve analiz süreçleri kapsamında Google Analytics ile,
paylaşılabilir.
5. Kişisel Verilerin Saklama Süresi
Kişisel veriler, ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen süreler boyunca ve işlendikleri amaç için gerekli olan süre kadar muhafaza edilir.
Müşteri güvenliği, uyuşmazlıkların çözümü ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi amacıyla saklanmaktadır.
6. İlgili Kişinin Hakları
KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca, kişisel verisi işlenen kişiler aşağıdaki haklara sahiptir:

- Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme
- KVKK madde 7 kapsamında kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
- Düzeltme, silme veya yok etme işlemlerinin, verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
- İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
- Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
